• Flooring Removal & Glue Scrape: Complete removal of existing flooring, specializing in glued-down engineered wood.

• Subfloor Preparation: The subfloor is scraped clean of flooring products and residual adhesives, making it suitable for your new flooring installation.

• Site Protection / Baseboards: I install temporary protection for non-work areas and carefully remove and label baseboards.

• Waste Management & Disposal: I remove all debris from the job site and ensure it is legally disposed of.

• Travel / Mobilization: A standard fee for mobilization and travel to and from the site is included in the quotes.

I also have the equipment and expertise to handle more complex jobs. Contact me if your project requires:

• Stairs: Complete removal of treads and risers, including glue scraping.

• Difficult Access: Jobs involving multi-story buildings, limited access, long carry distances, or sites with no elevator.

• After-Hours Work: I can perform work outside of standard 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM hours to meet your project's schedule

To keep services efficient and specialized, please note that quoted prices explicitly exclude:

• Cleaning of walls, ceilings, fixtures, and non-work surface areas.

• Structural repairs, including the installation of flooring compound.

• Relocation or disposal of client-owned furniture, appliances, or site materials not related to the existing flooring.
